What We Do

Energy and Mineral Technology International (ENMINTECH) provides high quality professional surveying, design, and supervision services and technologies to the energy, resource, and construction sectors. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, our team of professionals provides a range of services covering: topographic and geophysical surveys, UAV infrastructure surveys and videos, civil design and supervision, resource and reserve reporting (JORC 2012, KCMI, NI43-101). We are IUJP certified (#073/EMT/IUJP/IX/2019) to comply with local regulations, which require that all resource sector work must be carried out by a licensed company.

Chief Executive Officer

40 Years Experience in the Exploration & Mining Sector

Myke’s experience, knowledge, and understanding of the resources sector and the extractive value chain are extensive. He has been actively involved in the exploration and mining industry for 40 years with particular emphasis on Indonesia for the past 25 years. As a qualified surveyor, he has managed IT, survey, and JORC reporting projects in SEA. Myke is a Fellow of the AusIMM and Vice Chairman of the Association of Exploration and Mining Development Indonesia (EMD Indonesia).

Chief Technical Officer – Geophysics

30 Years Experience in the Geophysical Industry

Gerard is a master geophysicist with over 30 years of experience and an enviable reputation for discovering minerals. He has extensive experience in field implementation operations, high-end data processing, management, 2D/3D inverse modeling, and interpretation. Before joining Austhai Geophysical, he has worked for Zonge Engineering and GPX Services, while being a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), Australian Society Of Exploration Geophysicists (ASEG), and Philippine Mining and Exploration Association (PMEA).

Technical Manager – Geophysics (Thailand)

15 Years of Geophysics Experience

With over 15 years of experience in the geophysical industry, Nitipan co-founded Austhai Geophysical Consultants. He has broad knowledge of infield processing, acquisition, supervising and conducting field operations, setting up and implementing surface EM, as well as down hole B-Field EM surveys. Nitpan has worked throughout Asia-Pacific and is a member of the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (ASEG) and the Philippine Mining and Exploration Association (PMEA).

Principal Geologist

40 Years Experience in Mineral Exploration

Joe has been resident in Indonesia for 28 years. After graduating in 1980 from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Canada, he has worked primarily in gold and base metals exploration in Canada, Africa, and South East Asia. After a career with Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold affiliate PT Freeport Indonesia spanning 23 years, Joe now operates as a consultant to the exploration and mining industry in Indonesia. Along with making significant contributions to the development of the Wabu Gold Project in Papua, Indonesia, Joe has a strong management background in the mining industry and extensive experience in the evaluation and development of gold, base metals and rare earths mining and exploration opportunities world-wide.

Chief of Business & Operations

Versatile Entrepreneur & Qualified Drone Pilot

Herra brings a wealth of management, organizational, and negotiation skills to Enmintech as the Co-founder and Chief of Business and Operations. A graduate of the University of Indonesia and Kwik Kian Gie School of Business, she has worked in a number of senior managing roles in sales, marketing, and operations from automotive, technology to the mining industry. Moreover, she is a certified drone pilot.

Chief Technical Officer – Aerial

Chairman of the Drone Pilots Association of Indonesia

Hendrarto is an accomplished drone pilot and trainer, qualified in remote sensing, and specializes in aerial work for industrial and commercial projects. He has over 25 years of experience in the infrastructure and oil and gas sectors, having worked on major construction projects and field operations for Total and BP. Moreover, he is currently acting as chairman of the Drone Pilots Association of Indonesia (APDI).

Technical Manager – Geophysics (Indonesia)

10 Years of Geophysics Experience

Adhitya has more than 10 years of experience in geophysics with a focus on the mining industry in Indonesia. He has worked for Elliott Geophysics International and EGS Indonesia prior to joining Enmintech. He has extensive knowledge of managing field operations and operating CSAMT, IP/Resistivity, Ground Magnetic, Passive Seismic, and UAV Hi-Definition Magnetics.

Principal Mining Engineer

30 Years Experience in the Mining Industry

Tony is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He has a strong background in mine geology, and has post graduate qualifications in business, law, and arbitration with a specialisation in contracts, along with reserve estimation and project evaluation. Tony has been involved with many reserve estimations, due diligence investigations, studies ranging from scoping level to bankable feasibility, mine optimisation, design and scheduling, operational and management audits, contract tenders, and general project management on a wide range of projects and commodities.
